The State of Connecticut Board of Pardons & Paroles granted on December 1, 2020, to

full, complete, absolute, and unconditional pardon.

In its transmittal dated February 19, 2021, the Board stated, “Congratulations, as you are now legally able to truthfully state you have never been arrested or convicted of a crime in the State of Connecticut as it relates to any of the convictions pardoned.”
